Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Six Shooter Turquoise does NOT offer refunds or exchanges, including custom orders. Cancellations are unfortunately not accepted. Please carefully review your order before completing it. If you have any questions feel free to email me at SixShooterTurquoise@gmail.com
Shipping and Pre-Orders
Please allow 2-7 business days for all items to ship, besides pre-orders. This timeframe is the amount of time it takes us to package orders and drop them off, not how long the postal service takes to get the package to you. Please understand that pre-orders will take extra time to make and ship, you can check the description of your pre-order to know when the item will be finished. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure their address is correct when submitting an order. Six Shooter Turquoise is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the order has been delivered to the United States Postal Service. You may contact your local USPS for all inquiries regarding lost packages. If you want to purchase additional insurance on your package, feel free to send me an email or message.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are typically taken through Instagram or Facebook. Turnaround time varies depending on how busy I am. Custom order deposits are due before I start your order and are NON-REFUNDABLE. The remaining amount for your custom order is due before I ship your piece. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
